We are a small friendly club welcoming all standards of runners. We are run eight sessions on a pre book basis please see the training page for details. Our sessions include four 5k runs Monday morning, Tuesday and Thursday evening which are suitable for beginners, a structured training session each week in a Tuesday and three weekend trail runs.
